Its not going to work these nations have nothing incommon except to try over screw america. Whenever any of them gets a chance to betray they would.They would need a common ethic/ religion.But for the time being it scares big bad america so thats atleast funny.

Common currency is ridiculous for such powerful countries! Why would they give up one of their economical trump cards to fight off America is such a stupid way?
Either way Somalia once it gets it shit together should align ourselves to them for foreign investment in infrastructure, roads, basic needs and other such things..
