It's not but with the ongoing process of flushing AS from central and south somalia they'd need more. I think if the many rebel groups were able to distract ENDF then we could cut off the Ethiopia-Djibouti supply line. But honestly I dont think it'll come down to war.

The international community is on the side of Somli boarders being respected and if Ethiopia doesn’t then it would be just cause to fight. Meaning those that supported us would be inclined to either sanction Ethiopia or supply SNA with equipment. Turkey is already planning to staion navy fleet at the gulf of Aden.
