HSM has yet visit Garbahareey but there is a reason for that. If you actually did follow JL news you'd notice Fartaag went to Mogadishu a month earlier. The purpose of the visit was to finalise security preparations for HSM's visit. Remember the United Sade Confernce the one where odyaaal from Caabudwaaq, Balanbale n mx degmo are coming the second phase with all members of beesha sade from PLs to JLs. I suspect on the side Fartaag or at least one of the the meetings high ranking members will consult with the President and give the ok to for him to visit.
