Also I'm not diagnosing anyone with mental illness but it's a fact that we as Somalis are not aware and educated about mental illness, when someone has a serious mental disorder people say he or she is possessed by a Jini whereas the person might have a serious illness and needs medication /therapy to function well in life .

I've dealt with rape victims and it is common for them to bring up rape, in some cases years after the fact and the crime can no longer be charged. This is compounded when the rape happens as they are young children, which is why in Denmark we are abolishing statue of limitations for crimes against children. Do not speak to matters that you know nothing off
