Keep in mind as he said in the letters, Abib is unbiased and is neither pro government or anti government for Hassan. He sent these to offices of the PM & President in part 1 hoping for change, but as he said in part 2, they sent Kenyan lawyers after him in response, so in his own response, he exposed more corruption and sent it to IC&UN.

-Hassan sheikh refused Italy’s request to rebuild Mogadishu’s national in order to make sure his own educational institute (Simad university) goes farther
-embezzling of travel expenses. Costing the country 100’000 or more for a single flight.
-offices of the PM and president misappropriating funds

I am not done. There is still part 2 the exposé which is the update of what happened after the audit and threats he received from within the government.

there is also companies placated for receiving money from the FGS illegally through nepotism or flat out corruption. I am missing this one, but if I look hard enough I’d find. My priority right now though is this.

In the exposé it includes other ministries misappropriation of funds from ministry of finance and the central bank itself.

It’s their attempt at recapturing their former colony. Many Somalis will admit though, a lot of our best infrastructure was built by them.

300mil is indeed a lot, I’m not sure how true that is and I doubt the MP myself. However if this goes to court, and the Italian ministry of education did make this request, it’s sad
