The 'National Examination' for South Somalia has failed according to Minister Barre after the exam papers were posted on the Internet.

He previously threatened and intimidated Puntland parents and students after he said that they are at risk after Puntland Education Ministry said it was not participating as Puntland always held their exams and the President refuted him and told him that education falls under State jurisdiction and not a matter for Federal Government.

Puntland was right after they refused to accept an unified examination when the country has been split and do not share curriculum.

Education is a matter for the States not the Federal Government.

I don’t even run a government but I know how to deal with a shithole like Somalia. I would’ve made several versions of the test where no 2 schools get the same samples. I’d also have elite officers to guard the lock chambers holding the exams. On top of that I’d have cameras mounted everywhere.

There was one location that sold it and leaked it. Therefore, the best way to trace that down is to have differently worded test that is not different or harder than the other ones.
