in my opinion you’d have to be on the spectrum to not see the mens rea (legal term: the intention or knowledge of wrongdoing that constitutes part of a crime, as opposed to the action or conduct of the accused.).

Good question. There would have to be a reason. He was useless to them and became a threat once they asked him to help their cause and refused. In the eyes of a separatist, he is traitor. That’s the most likely scenario.

If you look at all my other posts before this I put NISA into the equation. So I was completely open to the idea of Somalia killing him because they thought he leaked flight codes. But it seems reer xamar are telling the truth.
