3/5 is 60% which means it's 3 states since 5 are federally recognized as member states. PL/JL are clearly the 40% who are not bankrupt they have assets such as ports or airports to acquire taxes. So who are these 3 states that are broke? well it's obvious to anyone, it's baidoa, hirshabelle, and galmudug, they don't have any infrastructure watsoever beyond the road taxes. I haven't even watched it either cause my eyes are enough to tell me the reality.

How do you collect tax from 90% unemployed market there is no interior taxes at all, your all drugged out. Who can u collect from, they just get boqol ku noole from diaspora and enjoy their food stamps basically, you can't tax someone who can only feed himself? where is this interior taxes you claim? plus businesses can't be taxed too much monthly or their no point operating a business as u lose all ur money, so their tax must be low or they will shut down and go elsewhere as your proving to be against the principles of business which is to turn over a profit.
What can those businesses make considering 90% are unemployed, it's just food stuff and probably internet on the phone, there is no other thing happening in your dust bowl.
The american ghettos and unemployed areas of America must be some huge tax base for the American economy, that's the argument this loser is making. PL has way better airport infrastructure, it's modern standard then Somaliland but I do accept they have more customers at their airport. Just like Bosaso port is lower infrastructure but way more customers then berbera, we don't have one livestock ship sitting in our waters all year round.
There is no bagash or commercial goods coming off Somaliland at all, it's pure goats, sheeps, and camels which is very seasonal anyways and around hajj time basically. It's a dead economy that can't be backed up with people actually observing this so called high economic productivity nonsense these trolls are claiming. It's like the ghetto of america claiming to be the pinnacle of productivity in america.
At the end of the day 90% of somaliland have a 100 dollars each month sent as food stamps from the diaspora, some actually do buy food while others use it for khat and forget to pay the bills. That's the only the activity happening, totally dead and dark ages stuff.
That is the economic cycle from 90% of the people, food, rent, khat, it's rinse n repeat for decades. They buy just enuff food so they can survive to see the khat session basically which in itself is unproductive and just goes into their mouth and spat out lol. No productivity on any scale and the 10% are providing those services to cater for the 90%

You keep reading your shitty reports, when I just eye the landscape and count 10 people and 9 only have 100 dollars to their pocket and buy food with it and some dont even and spend it all on khat. Khat in itself is unproductive it has no positive knock on effect because it ends up being spat out on the ground, that's the end of it's productivity. So your 10% are pretty much just setting up drug population lazying, getting food stamps from overseas and drugging out 24/7. No amount of 5 workers in a coke factory will change 90% of the people doing what I just said.
