If we are being frank, Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh is Armenia's equivalent of the NFD in Kenya. It's land that Armenians are indigenous to and pretty much exclusively inhabited by Armenians.

You probably heard that from a Tigrayan. The Biher-Tigrinya and Tigrayans are two separate ethnographic groups. The idea that they are one is strictly a post-colonial phenomenon.

People who shill the idea that they are one normally do so with the intent of forming a “Tigrigna-speaking” ethnostate. These same people were calling for the expulsion of Muslims and minority ethnic groups. They are scum.

- A large portion of their demographics live outside the country (Iran), and they have their own little Azeri-weyn ideology.
