yeah he probably does and he somewhat has a point. Lower Shabelle and Middle Jubba are the most clan diverse regions in Somalia. Too many clans to please and come to terms with. Shabaab love that and take advantage of it. But I still think they will be defeated there albeit it being harder than everywhere else
