Bosaso Rain Drainage Problem

I know lots of people will say bosaso needs road drainage but I argue differently. There is no point installing rain drainage when it rains only maybe 5 times a year, it's a waste of investment. War adigu maxay kula tahay @Jablibax.

Drainage system malaayin bay uu bahan tahay halka roobku kama badno 5 jeer sanadki, is it worth the investment? I don't think so. We need some sort of trucks that can come in and clear the water out quickly. We got other urgent priorities that need time and money, this one can wait in my books

Dr osman. How much would it cost to fund a sewage system or waste water treatment plant in PL?

I'm thinking the private sector might have to fund it if the government can't.
