The body game is far superior of a seduction tool than cold approach and verbal game.
Now I’ll give you a story of a serious transformation, I won’t use myself as an example but rather some one I helped.
A relative of mine was on the skinny side, although he had been training at the gym for 3 years, and used mass gainers and protein shakes. He would gain some pump from all the work he was doing, and lose the gains just as fast.
I told him about a routine of both diet and exercise I was using, that I copied from the golden era of body building.
Now unlike him I wasn’t skinny, my focus was to lean down, where as his was to gain mass quickly.
He implemented the same exercise regiment, but found a diet that suited his goals perfectly. Long story short he went from 55 kg to 69 kg in 3 months.
He ate only natural foods and discontinued the shakes and the mass gainers.
After he gained all the muscle he injured himself playing sports. He had to stop the gym for 2 months got lazy and it turned into 3 months. The same time it took him to build the muscles, he should have lost all of his gains right? He did lose some about 5kg, but his new gains mostly stayed loyal.
After this transformation he notice that women from the ages of 18 - 50 were hitting on him, entering his private space, touching him and sparking up odd conversation. Seeking his attention, going out of there way to help him. Even at stores and restaurants he would get discounts or free items.
He has been stalked on the street in the gym, a group of women even made the staircase to his apartment their hang out place.
before the transformation he was attracting some women, but when he fixed his body it was like a fountain had opened.
He would call me every day to complain about a new group of women, man I never laughed so heard. I would jokingly remind him of how wonderful his problem was.
The only negative was other men if you can believe it, both in and outside gym started hating on him. Because of his new look and all the attention he was getting.
