Many adeers gain immense wealth in Somalia through politics after a few years in power and pay off their mortgages, buy property and start business in the west and Middle East. Tarzans bought a condo in the Middle East and started a business for his wife. Farmajo paid off his mortgage and took his kids to the best education facilities that money can buy. Sharmarke, Abdirashid and unnamed individual invested in the Canadian property market. It’s a win win for all involved folk. It’s easier to get rich in Somali politics than working in the West.
