Bigger identity crisis than us which is why you get a mismatch of exmuzzies who become whitewashed and their nemesis the ana arab incelafis. Both don't realize that they've lost the most important thing which is somalinimo and that you can co exist without having to go to both extremes.

On to my most important point which is the language. Somalis especially over here as reer UK are the one group of people embarrassed to speak their mother tongue. Over here the Turks all speak Turkish to each other and are fanatics for their country. When I was growing up the number of times I used to get called a FOB for speaking Somali to a fucking Somali the same age as me and telling them no I was born here was absurd. Take pride in our language if we lose that then what do we have left? Gen Z is even worse as they ain't even hooyo mataalos no more. Nothing is more alarming than speaking Somali to a big forehead ass niglet that looks like you but forgets speaking it and butchering the language, the mofo doesn't even understand what you are saying. It is alarming.

Gen Z are so much worse, more emotional and mentally weaker than before. Think it's a result of living on social media, warps the type of person you should of been and stunts their emotional development, they lose those character building opportunities

I agree about us being warp due to social media, but we don't have stunted emotional development. If anything we are more emotionally developed than the millennials and know how to talk things out especially if it controversial. Most millennials

I swear everyone has beef with UK somalis but every time i want to defend us, i usually see mentally deficient cunts embarrassing us online. We can't win.

This is much harder to answer. My generation knew the importance of education but the landscape has changed now as getting a degree isn't all that anymore. I will say that the overarching question that can be applied to nearly most Somali diaspora is why we are the only major diaspora with one foot out the door. This can cause major identity crises within our children but more importantly, lead to us still being at the bottom of society's mobility ladder. Ive said it before on here, especially for the UK but how do we expect our children to escape the hood and not be sucked into the madness of it all when a qaxooti who comes today is in the same position as us despite being here for 30 years. The same Timo Jilecs running the masjids in the 90s who told us to never buy a home and "InTeREsT Is HaRaM" and some going as far as saying don't take student loans, they were the same panjeets buying up cheap housing and now look at them fly up the social mobility ladder. Whilst we are still stuck on the bottom rungs and are known for being the new Jamaicans...

Well Somalis are kind of lucky now nowadays they have council homes which they can buy with a big discount and most of them live in London so they can actually buy their council house if they have Caqli and or hand it down to their families, and Somalis are going to universities now every redbrick university has a somsoc
