This is the first groundbreaking ceremony of Berbera corridor. Berbera port project and this Berbera corridor is different.
So the rest were not groundbreaking?

The real and official Berbera corridor groundbreaking ceremony is tomorrow IA 28th Feb 2019.
Delegations from EU, IGAD, Ethiopia, UAE will participate in this ceremony, they already arrived in Somaliland.

This project was first proposed in 2009 then they waited for elections then before BERBERA was given to DPW the EU & French wanted Bollore it was just in discussion stages for many years until someone takes over BERBERA and SL put it into the contract with UAE
