Both the current and previous administration has made Galnus a hot topic, I think they are alike when it comes to shifting Iljeex attention and energy back towards that hell hole and away from Koonfur. Which is a great policy if you intend to make the koonfur stable again.

The only problem with HSM is he actually committed way too much arms, these people will use the arms against each other and against neighboring clans.
