If I’m paying a large amount for a family home I’d at least wanna have some privacy that stretches farther than an arms length from my neighbors lolWhen I see this kind of development it’s like looking at the architectural equivalence of being on a packed bus and someone is breathing down your neck. The lack of space and greenery is absurd for a country as big as Somalia. The neighbourhoods in al-Mouj Muscat are much better examples to follow for Somali cities;
