HJ and Dhulos are non factor in Sanaag. Only HY and Warsangelis can decide its fate. As for Sool it has its own political problems I agree about Sool. We don't need Sool though. Just Sanaag + Northern Sool is enough another Galnus state.

Why not? Galnus is a state, the whole 2 region rule is already dead. Sool can be it's own thing one day, if they work out their internal problems.

Nobody in sool mixes with isaaq the groups that do are native to buhoodle district.
