Who do you think is a more competent, broad-minded leader to lead jubbaland in the next election? I personally believe hiraale is the man cuz he is a fierce warrior who fights his battles. Madoobe has failed to run Jubbaland effectively in the last 4-5 years and is a liability.

You're correct. To move forward JL shouldn't have retreads like Hiraale and need someone more competent than Madobe. A counter argument would be that you need a military administration to lay down the foundation by controlling the whole state and passing off their control to the technocrats once they are done.
