They don't seem to have 'bad' history in comparison to other Clans, they got their own hatred/biases/issues but not to stage of other clans. They do tend to play sides and are not fully neutral as u would think that would reap them more 'rewards'. Their always hostage to individual president of the day and his own 'agenda, interest, and grudges' which no-one knows untill his elected. They need clan wide policy like PL leaders do to eliminate that unpredictability.

PL has a bad image in the nation(unjustified totally) but it's nevertheless still REAL. Non Puntites I know here don't even want to go there to visit or tour in fear thinking it's some 'tribal nazi' place, that's the 'image'. So capital in laga dhiigo is unlikely.

No-one in Somalia cares much 4 civilians of other clans which 'escapes' their little mind due to 'clan revenge' possibility. Plus naturally across all Somalia, when u go to different areas their more 'invested in local beef' since ur 'external' ur not relevant, unless it's shared town.

The liklihood u being harmed being a non resident clan is near zero, same with foreigners even they got no real 'gain' 4 them unless it's shabab cuz their is beef with the 'west' with them.
