Bad case of sleep deprovarion

This shit is starting to catching upto me, Im crashing out. Nothing helps a human to recover better then good sleep and I have neglected mine. I need to be alert at my 9-5 and my bad habits is not helping. I even love sleep, I just stay awake for far too long.

At this point, I need to be on a remote (preferably tropical island) away from civilisation, especially from this digital drug, my phone. Modernity is beating my ass.

You married? I had the same issues when I was singel, but now I sleep like a baby alx.

Might hop on the same wave. I have found out that many somali traditional practices are great and carry alot of wisdom. One of them is treating marriage as a remedy kkkk I need something potent.
 
For someone who had the same issue and similar daily tasks to tackle, I’d recommend going gym consistently, eat clean and force yourself to sleep 10pm and wake up 6am. Over time your body will get used to it and the natural dopamine you’ll get will help you continue and be consistent. By the month mark, you’ll be so used to it ain’t no looking back.

I understand the advice is typical but it really is the only way. To force yourself to put that phone down during late hours and implement healthy habits
