My JL Solution includes
1 Clan takes capital iyo marti loo yahay which provides good social-check balance
1 Clan takes Presidency, he will rule but he will be MARTI for another clan.
Both roles are equal power, if used properly, it will keep itself in check.
But Sade must make clear what state building architecture they follow, since Somalia is in rebuilding.

1. We started the clan rebel groups, we will take full blame and apologize. However anything post 91 isn't on us. SSDF didn't have 'clan genocide' on it's program, it wanted a swift take over from Siyad Barre with an interim military rule so their isn't a vacuum so Somalis can discuss state craft, elections, etc and usher in a new civilian government like 1960-1969. We demand the SFG dedicate a 100 years in reverse to Puntland, so it break-even not puntite carrying the load of somalinimo and suffering the losses. I hope as the state develops and MX become more integrated to JL they will lessen ties to Xamar as budget support in JL will be satisfied by Kismayo port like how Galkacyos admin receives budget support from Bosasso port rather than Xamar.
In all honesty im worried for my own Ogaden or Southern MJs for that matter. Southern Daroods dont seem to have the same attitude towards the fgs as Northern Darood which is why they have an SNA and have no problem with the agreements of a centralized port authority etc. Southern Darood dont view the FGS as Hawiye but as a shared entity. Im not worried for the now but that is a problematic feature long-term.

I agree. The only mistake Madobe has made is being too pro Federalism. A confederal state is more in our interests. A powerful Xamar no matter who sits in the villa is always a danger
