    About a 100euros for 23andme. I'd say they've been very accurate since the last 2 updates of their databases.

    I have more to this theory. Sheikh Ishaaq was actually of Assyrian paternal ancestry but someone up the line started claiming Hashemite descent.
    When he arrived in the Horn he had a first son with an unknown woman, and he habaared them before starting his new life and found our magnificent clan with his 3 other wives.
    That habaared son was the father of the Dirs.

    Habar Yoonis T-L208? ✔

    Ciidagalle T-L208? ✔

    Habar Jelco T-L208? ✔

    Ayuub T-L208? ✔

    Looking like the E1b1b carriers were the assimilated Isaaq's, not us. :ehh:

    @Timo Jareer and proud,

    Tol Jeclo T-L208? ✔

    Although hj seem to be half T-L208 and E1b1b but nonetheless it seems most isaaq subclans are hablogroup T-L208

    So even certain HA subclans are T-L208? So only Sacad Muse and a few others are HG E-M78?
    It looks like most Isaaq are for sure HG T-L208 now. Maybe we should just be recognized as a Dir subclan lol.

    @Alexis @Prince Abubu since both Hussein and Jibril Abokar both carry T-L208 does thag mean they were both real brother's?

    Many many many JB are E-V32 from what I've seen. Out of all my HA 23andme male relatives, none are T-L208 bearers. One guy was messaging me about how surprised he was bc of my assigned HG.

    I might just be descendant of a Dir sheegaad (??) or from another branch of Isaaq that started claiming HA. Really confusing tbh... but I'm really eager to know (and destroy this whole babil nonsense.)

    I'd say there are 80% chances that you belong to E-BY202497, downstream of E-V32, where Majerteen and Harti branch together.

    Maybe you are of Ayub or Toljeclo extraction. They live with the Sacad Musa and they’re both HG-T.

    @Alexis,

    Or maybe *puts tinfoil hat on* the original HA were hablogroup T-L208 whilst the rest were assimilated, thus making you a real HA
