Awad Got His Ass Handed to Him by the Puntland Minister

Listen from 1:40:00 Mark

Awad Response is at 1:50:30 mark as he says, I don't talk 'tribe' and ministers shouldn't talk 'tribe'. What a weak response.

If he doesn't acknowledge 'tribe' is the social system of Somalia, how can anyone back this man to lead Puntland? Somalia is trying to craft a system with local characteristics which TRIBE is a big factor, Somali civil war was along 'tribal' lines also. I would ask awad, what 'social' system do we discuss in and state craft?

I am looking at my 'leadership template' and this guy lacks

1. He Lacks Charisma, he can't even keep us 'entertained' to hide his 'political' flaws.
2. His political philosophy-program-time table is un-clear beyond empty words 'I support democracy'
3. Their clearly no 'genetic' or 'rabbani' gift. His professional experience is he has 'minister background'. Let's evaluate what he did in the SFG, his office looks no different to me before and after his arrival(time waste).
4. Can he make a 'decision' or is he one of those who can't make a decision? I suspect he is a time-waster(go'an malaha), wuxu lee yahay mind-set(try to please everyone si danahaga ku hirgalo mindset).
5. His private life seems 'stable'. He may have well developed professional-social networks
6. His diplomatic skill is horrendous as the minister 'karbashed' the hell out of him.

If I am to support any candidate besides Deni. It would be >>>> Ahmed Barre the Garowe Mayor or my favorite politician 'JUXA'. Juxa has way more experience at SFG/PL level, Juxa is gifted orator and 'oozes' charisma, Juxa Professional-Social networks are well developed. Juxa 'diplomatic' skills are very high. His private life seems stable also. No wonder 'deni' snatched him up so he doesn't become 'opposition'. Juxa ia strong federalist 'warkisa wa cad'

Juxa 'gets' the job done, not time waste, waa niin 'go'an' leh.

My Template and Criteria I judge all leaders on Are listed below

1. Has a vision-philosophy-program and can demonstrate on 5 year time-line how it will be achieved
2. Knows how to make decision whether good or bad which is better then no decision
3. Has a well developed social/professional networks locally/regionally/globally
4. Has a genetic gift to lead either naturally or educated
5. Their private/professional/community track-record
6. Their diplomatic skill to navigate different politicians to achieve their goals
7. Their public charisma
8. Can see things not as black/white and fixed but 'gray'. Collects all the 'good' of every leader and combines it for himself.

I don't use my 'feelings' but reflect on sound 'criterias' that have to be met. Juxa would be the 1st leader choice, 2nd Deni, 3rd Ahmed Barre ex garowe mayor. I wouldn't waste my time with the others as they don't even meet any of my good leadership 'criteria'.

SL wasn't ahead of PL in Democracy. It was in PL charter in 98 to implement democracy in 2001, but didn't happen due to the civil war. The only things SL is way ahead of us is 'demobilization' of clan militias, which is an extremely admirable(wax lagu daydo) >>>> 'task'. The erigavo peace conference I believe is the highest grade of clan reconciliation model that happened post 91. I admire those 'two' things in SL, the rest tho, no thanks.

No offense to Galkacyo peace conference but the partner u had HG >>>>> Is unreliable, at war with every clan, go'an malaha waa handicap, everywhere they live their is green line, etc. I think if another clan was in their place in Galkacyo, it would be vastly different outcome.
