NO Somali woman should be deficient of Iron after knowing the Quran verses where Allaah swt ask Maryaam pbuh to eat dates after giving birth.
The reason we are short of iron is we have monthly period every month. And also when a mother gives birth- she loses alot of blood! Iron is in our blood so it makes sense if u loose a lot u need quick iron uptake for body to function

Wise lady. The MMR shot is the culprit here. Kids should also see plenty of sun. That is how they can build up the vitamin D efficiency in their body.

My own sister has 3 year old who has speech delay and guess what he was saying words until he took those shot at 12 months, he even stopped babbling. At age of 3 child’s brain is developed about 80 % and 90% by the time they start school at 5.

Smarty pants , there are other things that cause autism too that were mentioned here , like skin bleaching, low vitamin D and also some genetic factors. I am not saying that children should not get the MMR at all , all I am saying is just wait until they are at school age . Reading is fundamental .

Plz basically all the 8 billion of humanity got their vaccine shots and autism is hella low like all around the world there is like 75 million less than 1% percent in the whole world. All am saying is vaccines doesn’t cause autism.
Most white folks space out the shots and delay the MMR until their child is old enough. Only Somalis and people of color are pressured to vaccinate their one year olds .
