At what age do Somalis become wild, in terms of when they came to the west?

At what age do Somalis become wild, in terms of what age they arrived in the west? For me the 0-12 group are the wildest, the 13-22 group seem to have the best of both worlds cause they have good morals from back home but they’re also mailable Enough to adapt to the west, 23-32 will always be faraxs but they’ll understand the western lifestyle without engaging in it in any real sense, while 32+ will be utterly confused and scared of anything remotely western.

In my honest opinion people become their most wildest once they move out & have abit of money. I have seen it first hand.
