I wouldn't trust a Somali engineer with an 8 story building minimum it would be a 2

Somali construction standards, material is very 'low grade'. This was observed in my family new construction when they attempted to charge us for high end shub but using the lowest grade, but we had relative with knowledge in the field and told him to get rid of this cheap crap and follow what was paid to and agreed too. Imagine how many other un-knowing ppl they scammed.This was in hamar.

In Garowe our other property, the pipeline wasn't installed properly in our new construction and it's pipe capacity blew thru all our dry-wall. If this is happening on residential, u can imagine commercial, infrastructure, etc. We really need a damn inspector agency, courts to handle these cowboy tradesman and big fines if found breaching building codes-standards.

Always make sure u find out materials being used is what u paid for, fittings and finishing get an inspector to check over it also. Always have 'neutral' independent assessment done, don't rely on 'waa tol' they usually are the biggest scammers becuz they know ur 'guard' is down.
