astral projection is real

i did astral projection once in my life and became obsessed with it ever since . i want to try it again by getting closer to Allah swt and lots of supplication

now i just lose concetration too fast lol

Are you sure you were not hallucinating because I've read what astral projection means on Wikipedia and that doesn't make sense no one can separate from their physical body

it's mostly like that but there's some legitimacy to it; actually CIA did some studies in the 70s about paranormal topics and didn't find evidence for paranormal powers except for "remote viewing" which actually gave results but it remains unexplained how.
