UNBELIEVABLE! I hope this is the straw that breaks the camels back! #PIM

Puntland needs to put their student first instead of fighting with the central government. This is Puntland's fault. Last year the central government told Puntland to follow the national curriculum and take the national exams; Puntland refused and they weren't given the certificates. After an outcry the central government made an exception.

However, no more exception, Puntland knows what happened last year and they decide to do the same thing. Minister of Education is right, why should the students of Puntland receive certificates for exams they did not take part in? It is unfair to all the other students who did take the national exams.

In the UK we have A Levels, and Universities do not except anything not sanctioned by the UK government and Education Department. If the Council of Birmingham decides that their students will not take the A level exams, then should Birmingham students receive A level certification and be given a place at University?

They won't be, well similarly Puntland students won't be given certificates and scholarships either. I feel sorry for the youth of Puntland, but they have been failed by Puntland politicians.

Walahi this Goodax guy has huge cuqdad for Puntland out of no where, why is he politicizing these certificates?

The Turkey curriculum he is so fond of is publicly sold at the Bakaara Market for peanuts, Deni should walk out that Dhuusomareeb conference and cut relationships with them untill PL students get their fair share of the certifications.

Sadly you don't understand the meaning of federalism. The UK system is entirely different from ours and you shouldn't compare the two. Just do a bit of research on how countries with Federal systems run their schools.

Austria, Belgium, Ethiopia, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, USA etc and among many other countries with Federal systems, the State governments are solely responsible for conducting exams with the Federal government providing the final certifications.

Plus the current FGS administration is specifically targeting Puntland for political purposes while not interfering with Jeeganistan's exams. It's absolutely ridiculous and cannot be tolerated. Such blatant disregard for the children involved in this fiasco and their future is utterly despicable.

Puntland cannot and will NEVER trust an exam that gets distributed by Abdille Shideeye black market days before the date of the exam.

You’re either ignorant or choosing to miss the point here. Puntland’s exams have been sat for nearly 18 years or so. The ones in the South are new, and haven’t been agreed on by everyone. Last year , this loser also ran his mouth and no later than 24 hours, his β€˜exam’ was being sold in the streets of Xamar. Why should Puntland follow such a garbage authority ? The students of Puntland would have been on the losing end had they sat that exam, since everything is ranked in Somalia.
That’s not even to mention some of the rubbish examined as part of the curriculum such as Turkish history.

Why should Puntland students sit an exam for a curriculum they have not been taught in a place where the exams can be purchased in Bakara market? The so-called national curriculum is not good enough and is open for corruption. In the end this is about scholarships and the federal government wants to prevent Puntland its share.
