Apparently the commonly used sudanese7 G25 sample and the other nilotic samples are low in coverage

I heard the coverage for sudanese7 is low and may not give the most accurate results for that reasonSudanese7 is pretty good for Horners. For Nubians & Sahelians I tend to use the Saharan Zaghawa as the Sudanic speakers originated from the Sahara
Maybe but it behaves as if it has a lot less of the West African component found in the other South Sudanese samples.I heard the coverage for sudanese7 is low and may not give the most accurate results for that reason
What about west eurasian? Do you believe there could be some minor eurasian ancestry?Maybe but it behaves as if it has a lot less of the West African component found in the other South Sudanese samples.
Maybe or perhaps they just have significant percentage of some African ancestry that was just closer to the OOA pop (ANA??)What about west eurasian? Do you believe there could be some minor eurasian ancestry?
Do you think there’s a possibility that our “proto-Nilotic” ancestry could actually be ANA?Maybe or perhaps they just have significant percentage of some African ancestry that was just closer to the OOA pop (ANA??)
Impossible. It would have spilled over to modern North Africans, Levantine and Arabians even Mediterranean countries like Italy and SpainDo you think there’s a possibility that our “proto-Nilotic” ancestry could actually be ANA?
No for many reasons, if that was the case we would be similiar to the IBM samples. Our African ancestry & modern South Sudanese & Saharans like Zaghawa are a composite of different African ancestries. There is definetly something unique in these Eastern Saharans tbh.Do you think there’s a possibility that our “proto-Nilotic” ancestry could actually be ANA?
Can you shed more light on these african ancestries? Our African ancestry & modern South Sudanese & Saharans like Zaghawa are a composite of different African ancestries.
