Are Somalis sickly and lack immunity

Most patients that flock in healthcare facilities daily are Somalis from all walks of life. From young to old, often with slight issues and mostly some end by with no issue. Mind you they are not using insurance rather paying out of their pocket. Equally their neighbourhoods have multiple pharmicies and clinics. This got me thinking are we really sickly & lack immunity or just love spending money at Hospitals.

Somalis and Dark skin people in west suffer greatly with health problems

Number one reason is probably Vitamin D deficiency which affects every cell in the body, 2nd is poor diet with too much garbage oil like vegetable/canola oil

I think it’s the weather difference for sure.
So many peole in our Fam suffer from vitamin D deficiency etc. I need to get the f out this northwest weather. But no where is safe back home. I think it’s time to move to Arizona or California
