ARE Somalis religious in public and Gaal-like in private ? Do we commit more dambi then a gaal. I think so.

amazing grace !

for instance, please watch this train wreck here.

This woman here is a nutshell of how many of our people are. She peppers her speech with deen sayings. It’s something the Somali has adopted in his/her lingo. It’s the subconscious just saying it.

This women you’re looking at had all her children taken away by the Austrian state. She posts 2 to 3 videos a day talking about ignorant stuff. Insulting the people that gave her shelter. At one point saying “I have my Somali passport, my beautiful passport, I don’t t need anything from them”. :kanyehmm: :ohhh:

Very arrogant and condescending people. If I could I would deport them all.

I don't mind people doing dirt in private, that's not my business. What I do have a problem with are those that do dirt and expose others dirt. We got a whole lotta rat niggas in our community.
As soon as the spotlight hits a person, that mf will throw people under the bus so fast. Just some bit.chmade shit and it's mad common.

I can't count how many parents switched up on me, cuz of their weak ass children couldn't stand on their shit and started snitching. They talk all this libaax shit here and there but they weak. Weak for pleasure, weak for temptations of the flesh and weak for consequences, weak on the morals and ethics. Just overall flaw niggas, that'll snake you for nothing.
Girls too, they are no different, some are grimy if not grimier than niggas.
However this is not an exclusive Somali thing. Its just a human nature thing

Ngl tho, it makes it easier for to spot and recognize likeminded people although they are far and few inbetween

And no, I don't think I'm better than anyone and I'm not being jaded. I just refuse to keep ignoring bullshit

Ppl sinnning in private still effects everyone else.
In ibnulqayyims book he mentions if someone sins whether private or not it effects the whole community of muslims. Meaning ur car could break down cos someone else commit zina in private

The Ummah was bound to get exposed, just lok at history, we have been irreligous for ages, this isnt anything new, now more muslims ar just starting to accept it and be open about how they dont care,
I had this one xalimo look at me in the face and tell me shes religious, Couple weeks later I add her on snap and shes posting pictures of herself ith her awrah uncovered and this girl keeps tryna touch me like byatch how u gonna say one thing t my face then sin right in fron of me like u didnt just say ur religious.

Al-Zubair ibn ‘Adi reported: We came to Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, and we complained to him of what we suffered from the ruler Al-Hajjaj. Anas said, “Be patient, for an era will not come upon but that what comes after is worse, until you meet your Lord. I heard it from your Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.”

I understand it has a ripple effect and what not.

I mean if a person is gonna reprimand someone for sinning, it's better to take it in private and also try to understand reasons to why someone is sinning like that. With a bit of understanding and empathy, your advice will reach better

Diinteena is for the most part black and white as far as the legislation is concerned(symbol of order, structure, a framework). And the followers are far more nuanced in our ways. No one is all the way good and no one is all the way bad either. So take that into account.

When you talk to women, you don't need to dish out hadiths and whatnot. Whatever she is, accept her for it and keep it movin. If you like her, keep her around. If you're not feeling her, wa caadi, naago lama waayo
