Before they turn 18?.
Well personally I will not teach any religion to my future kids unlike my parents I will let them choose what ever faith they want to practice when they turn 18, I will hand them a letter on my input on forcing children to particular religion and disagemeents to brain wash kids at young age , they will each get a copy of this letter below on their 18th birthday and then they are on their own.
From your Aabo:
To my kids:
My precious children, you guys are now 18 years old and I consider yall guys adults now, I know I didnt use to discuss religion with y'all as much as your mom and your other relatives, I wrote this letter years ago and it will explain why I avoided the religion subject and I would like you to read it carefully as it means a lot to me.
My dear kids, for years as a kid my parents and grandparents have been cramming religion down my throat, they never taught me other religions or gave me an option to explore other faiths beside Islam, to them Islam was the right one and all the other religions in the world were man-made, luckily their brian-wash only lasted untill I moved out thier house and studied other religions on my own.
After studying few religions here and there and reading many religious journals I realized no religion is absolutely right and no religion is absolutely wrong. It's stupid to assume that ONE religion will have ALL the answers, for one ,no can go through all religions in the world, even 2% of faiths in the world would take you a lifetime to study them,so why would I waste my time searching for the right religion specially when all religions preach same thing.
I also came to a conclusion that religion isn't about KNOWING whether or not you're right, it's about BELIEVING it. Furthermore, the word of God can be (and frequently has been throughout the ages) grossly misinterpreted. What matters is your own interpretation of what God said. The only person who can tell which religion is right for you is-get ready for a shocker-YOU.
To be perfectly honest, what I believe is most likely soundly condemned in most major religions. HOWEVER...I believe what I believe because it feels right to me. I've found many religions that fits what I feel about the world and I will take good bits of each and discard the bad once, and that's all you need to do. You don't fit yourself to a religion-you find a religion that fits you and I want you to also let future offsprings the freedom to discover what suits them most and let them make that decision for them selves.
Sincerely ,You Aabo Manafesto.
Ok rants over. Please no trolling and Thanks for listening.
