Are College/universities degrees from Somalia recognised?

I wanted to ask about if degrees issued by universities or colleges in Soomaaliya are recognised by other universities or institutes in other countries for example let say a student called Sharmarke studies dentistry at Amoud university and become qualified dentist but want to work abroad in lets say UAE or Ireland would he have to take a test or has to redo everything he studied back home.

this may not be completely right, but at least for nugaal university, the UN provides supplementary accreditation, to what extent, i don’t really know.

I know someone who got their Somali university degree accepted in America. But it was only because they couldn’t find any candidates so they accepted it lol

If it's Medicine iska ilow, I have seen some people with Nursing degrees from Kenya and they had to couple more years of accelerated learning.

Foreign credentials are reviewed by government or quasi-government. It depends which country. For health related experience, forget it. You have to start over. Education outside of the west is largely qashin. Why would anyone recognize a foreign engineer from a country where a city's infrastructure entirely collapses from a 6.0 earthquake?

Imagine re-doing medicine :dead:

Some graduates from Somalia that I have spoken to don't even understand/speak english properly. If my doctor speaks to me in broken english, i'm running for the hills.
