To be fair we're entering the twilight of our civil war. But the Sudan situation looks like it's just heating up. No doubt we'll hear more reports of ethnic cleansing and war crimes. May Allah protect them.

It already is, this their third civil war, with almost 3 million people dead in various conflicts from 1955 to the present. The difference between theirs and our civil war is the fact that the majority of Somali casualties came as a result of famines, theirs is one of direct human to human violence. We also have bigger highlights like Black Hawk Down, ICU / Shabaab or the Pirates that skews perception because the majority of the last three decades was in-fact small scale warfare + disruptive terrorism when compared to the conventional wars on a regional or even international level.

Ya Allah protect the innocent civilians and grant all those that died Jannah. May Allah punish those that are participating in the genocide eternal punishment. I'm glad bantu somalis aren't being treated like Darfurians.
