I can literally say the exact same things about Jordan. It is so bad that most Jordanians accused the government of treason for abrogating the free trade agreement with Turkey that was directly hurting our economy! For god’s sake, do you remember last year when Erdogan called on people to help him and many Arabs went like fucking sheep to buy Turkish liras? I can’t wait for the next presidential election in Turkey. If Imamoglu manages to beat Erdogan in 2023, this will be the best thing that will happen to this region in a very fucking long time. I’m absolutely fed up with Erdokhara’s Islamist demagoguery and interventionist foreign policy. I think it will be a turning point for political Islam. The demise of the Iranian regime will also be the last nail in its coffin. One can only dream, maybe some day.
