He sent the bill to the landlord and he got furious, but you get near 100 days to stay in an apartment until the law kicks you out. Hes gone take them to court he should win due to the electrical problem he faced and electrician bill he paid. Its a solid caseHe didn't pay his rent for five months and is punishing others for it
