I haven't been religious for 5 months now even stopping my sunnah, duha prayer and even tahajjud for a while now. I feel very bad but is because of my anxiety and social media which I deleted. How do I get my imaan to be high again as quickly as possible. I want to begin my journey next week when I fully recover from my flu I want to replace social media with islam full time just don't know where to begin I am starting all over again and would need some help to get back on my feet and start 2024 well.

One thing that boost my imaan is recognising the mercy of Allah swt

Allah makes it clear that he wants us besides him we only have 1 job to do and that is return back to him.

Whoever comes with a good deed will be rewarded tenfold. But whoever comes with a bad deed will be punished for only one. None will be wronged.
6:160

Al-Qurtubi wrote: "Abu Haamid Al-Ghazaali mentioned in his book Kashf 'Ilm Al-Aakhirah that a man will be brought on the Day of Judgment with his good and bad deeds of equal weight and no good deed to tip his scale of good deeds. So Allaah The Exalted will say to him from His mercy: 'Go and see if anyone gives you one good deed by which I will admit you to Paradise.' The man will go through the people and whenever he asks someone to give him one good deed, everyone will refuse and say, 'I fear that my scales will be lighter. I need it more than you.' He will despair, and then a man will say to him: 'What do you seek?' He will reply, 'One good deed; I have passed people who have a thousand good deeds, but they have not given me any.' The other man will say, 'I have met Allaah The Exalted and did not find except one good deed in my record (of good deeds). I do not believe that it will avail me in the least; take it as a gift from me to you!' Joyfully, the man sets off and Allaah says to him, 'What have you done?' and He knows best. The man will reply, 'Such a thing happened!' Allaah The Exalted will call the other man who gave him the good deed and say to him, 'My generosity is vaster than yours; take your brother by the hand and enter Paradise together.'"

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When Allah completed the creation, He wrote in His book with Him upon the Throne: Verily, My mercy prevails over My wrath.

Start and stick to the obligatory first then re implement the sunnah and the extra stuff you was doing before.
I am already doing the fard prayers/witr I never gave up doing it since I was guided by Allah 6 years ago. Is just I'm not concentrating well these couple of weeks due to me being ill and my anxiety which I hope to recover in couple of days time.

Increasing Eemaan (Faith) : Shaykh Ibn Baz

Question:

I begin my question by seeking your advice that I may benefit from you with regards to how I may increase my eemaan (faith?)…

Answer
:

We advise you to recite the Qur’aan frequently and that you increase in your hearing of it and in your recitation of it. Reflect and consider its meaning to the best of your ability and what you do not understand of it, then ask the people of knowledge of your country about it, or write to those outside of your country from the Scholars of Sunnah (Prophetic guidance).

We also advise you to increase in the dhikr (remembrance) of Allaah with such remembrances and supplications that are authentically related, such as saying laa ilaaha illallaah (that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah), or saying subhaanallaah wal-hamdulillaah wa laa ilaha illallaahu wallaahu akbar (declaring Allaah free from all imperfections, praising Him and declaring that none has the right to be worshipped except Him and that He is greater), and their like.

For this purpose, we urge you to refer to books such as al-Kalimut-Tayyib of Ibn Taymiyyah, al-Waabilus-Sayyib of Ibn al-Qayyim, Riyaadhus-Saaliheen and al-Adhkaar both by Imaam an-Nawawee, and their like.

This is because the remembrance of Allaah increases eemaan (faith) and causes hearts to attain tranquility, as Allaah – the Most High – said:

Indeed in the remembrance of Allaah do hearts find tranquility.”
[Soorah ar-Ra`d 13:28].

Also preserve your five daily Prayers, your Fasting and the rest of your obligations – along with hoping in Allaah’s mercy and forgiveness and relying upon Him in all your affairs. Allaah – the Most High – said:

“The Believers are only those who, when Allaah is mentioned, feel a fear in the hearts, and when His Verses are recited to them, it increases their eemaan (faith), and they put their trust and rely upon Allaah alone. They are those who perform the Prayer and spend out of that which We have given them, they are Believers in truth. For them are grades of dignity and nobility with their Lord, and also forgiveness and generous provisions.” [Soorah al-Anfaal 8:2-4]
