1) no way to manufacture weapons to create army
2) no way to import weapons to create an army
3) no resources to export
4) no money to invest
5) high debt (lose half of revenue to loan repayments)
6) too small of a population to create army.
7) civil war (expensive)
8) hyper corruption (lose half of revenue to corruption)
9) terrorists
10) Too much international influence

No it's part of the game, somalia was whole first and since he was losing puntland and somaliland went on to get independence

Yea playing as somali in CK3 is pretty fun especially since tribal governments are op in 867 always fun rocking up to a crusade with 30k geeljires and karbashing everyone then putting someone from my dynasty on the seat of jerusalem

True. I had one game playing as nomadic steppe lord who converted to Islam, west raiding and sent my imams to convert all the other tribal/nomadic lords. 100 years in all of Easter Europe is Muslim, from Hungary to Mongolia and my hoard owned most of it.

CK3 is awesome too, but I love drawing a battle lines and taking offensive positions by 1) restoring Somalia
2) taking Somali galbeed
3) doing an amphibious assault on socotra and Seychelles (because they are def Somali)
4) puppeting africa using debt
5) creating African union faction
6) supporting civil war in ever country in Europe and the Middle East, just to keep them poor and using debt to puppet them as well.

Never tried HOI4 but after CK3 I've always wanted to get into EU4 or Vic/HOI4 will defo give HOI4 a go sounds very fun honestly

in my opinion, EU4 is boring and the only worthwhile thing that i like is the financial system, i wish the financial system was incorporated in HOI4..HOI4 millennium dawn is awesome, but you need a powerful computer, because time starts to move slow after a while.
