Making money is the priority regardless of location. Don't be put off by few secessionist loud mouths.

Wallahi you made me laugh sxb kkkkk but honestly I buying land there doesnt seem as attractive to me as buying it like say in Xamar or coastal areas in Bantu countries.Making money is the priority regardless of location. Don't be put off by few secessionist loud mouths. I am willing to sell per plot for $12,000.

I doubt you can afford Mogadishu land, it may cost more the where you live nowMy friend from Mogadishu is insisting me to buy land in Mogadishu so I can sell it with profit later on, but my concern is one thing. The instability. Who's to say the land I buy will not be stolen by some bandits(mooryaans) or some refugees or gaajos go building ramshacks on my ground. It's very risky.
What do you guys think?
if only you Somalis in Mareynkenka weren't such haters you could work together like I do with other Somalis.I doubt you can afford Mogadishu land, it may cost more the where you live now

$12,000 for a plot of land that is in Jijiga-Yar would be ideal

Did you read my post? Mogadishu housing prices are more then many places in the US like say Atlanta, if you want to invest that level of money on a risky not sure thing and willing to have a quarter mill down the drain go ahead, risk vs rewardif only you Somalis in Mareynkenka weren't such haters you could work together like I do with other Somalis.
I know it's expensive at coast and Mogadishu center btw I am not alone iyo meelaha kale waa caadiDid you read my post? Although New Hargeisa is better then Half London, its also in the central, which is not ideal for people like me, since a) There is no family living near the area, b) More risky , c) Bit far from Airport, d) It is more of a central part, making it more prone to be closed/any risky activity,New Hargeisa near the road much better than Half London.

Half-London is near to the Airport, and also a suitable place for people like me to live in
Family lives there for me and also since I am regularly outside the country, I need somewhere near the Airport
Thats the reason I am looking for areas such as Half-London or SiinayCalaamada is a better deal in that cause but properly more expensive area.
