I have seen a lot, I feel like we have a weird fat distribution, this western diet wasn’t meant for us. Gentlemen hit the gym, it was life changing for me, went from being skinny to now being quite muscular.

Bro when I was living in kenya and somalia I was hella fit now that am back in England am getting hella fat. Went to the gym a bunch of times but I would lose motivation in 2 months
