Im absolutely happy with my body alhamduiallah (SAY MA SHAA ALLAH) im blessed due to my Hawiye genes. beesha curves

I still want my stomach a bit more flatter tho

I'll try the water diet for 1 week tho.

Good luck let me know how you do. I couldn't last more than a few hours yesterday and then my brother gave me pizza that I couldn't resist. I blame him.

Eating less actually leads to longevity, in theory your digestive system is used less and therefore your body can concentrate energy on other things, the most dumbest shit I've heard is eating 6 meals a day.

My brother who was overweight began eating one meal everyday at lunch and not eating anything after that point. He drank water, coffee, and green tea, dude lost 29kg in 3 months and kept it off by sticking to that lifestyle.

I used to do the liquid diet after having my baby. One meal a day plus 3 protein shakes, lot of coffee. You will lose the baby weight very fast but it will make at same time physical weak.
