It collects news from other sites in the app, i wont make content in the app.
A 17 year old kid sold a similar app to what your describing to yahoo a few years back called Summly for $30million.
I think the best two options for you are
make a simple app and hope to be lucky
Or hire a team of developers and get some investors on board that believe in your idea to fund your app development and get it off the ground with marketing
