Anyone cut out dairy in their diet? Any health benefits?

substitute milk with almond milk or any other subs. Slowly though of course.
Almond milk is not milk. It has no properties of milk. It should be called Almond Juice. I have no idea why the dairy industry does not file lawsuits against these fake milk companies!

There are so many dairy substitutes. Almond milk taste better when made from scratch rather than commercially sold and watered down. Alternatives include Coconut Milk (also best made from scratch and well sourced). There's Tigernut milk (which is a tuber not a nut). It has a sweeter taste than almonds (better Imo) and is fine for those with nut allergies.

Some people with no issues with nuts, seeds or grain-based milks go for oat, quinoa, walnut, hazel nut, cashew, macadamia, hemp or rice milk. Soy is the least preferred TBH. It's estrogen mimicking and found in most packaged foods so its best to stay away. It's not like were indoyar.
