Any changes needed?

teetering in-between realities
Ever since ramadhan ended, i've been doing calesthenics for a while but I don't know if this regimen is going to give me the gains I want.

for one round, I do :

20 push ups
plank until failure(about 2 minutes)
mountain climbers until failure (about 2 minutes)
bulgarian split squats (10 on each leg)

I do this for four rounds and then im passed out. I don't really have the means to track my nutrients since i live in a house with relatives and I eat what they eat. Is it ok if I just eat a 4 egg and cheese omlete in the morning and tell my auntie to make more hilib geel during lunch? We also eat salbuko at night time (green grams)
my goal isn't necessarily to build muscle but moreso to increase overall athleticism, agility and strength, muscle mass isn't important. I wanna be able to defend myself and others.
