Anti drug cartoons in the 90s were hilarious

90s anti drug cartoons are funny asf. My teachers would super serious with this. I remember one that had Garfield, the Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtles, Donald Duck and some other cartoons team up to stop a white kid from smoking weed. The beginning of the movie had a special opening from George Bush. It was called All Stars to the Rescue.
