Another whining centralist's op-ed

His solutions are ambiguous and its not even clear if he is a centralist. It looks like he is against clan boundaries based federalism i.e. GM includes northernMudug. Thats something that PL/GM provincial governments and the Somalia Italiana federal government have to work out

But I agree that only centralism works whether the North reunites with the South whether the FGS/South formally accepts the end of the union with the North no matter what federalism doesnt work for the South because there are large minorities that trust the central government over the provincial government. Somali qabiilists need the unitary decentralized system. This is the way to end shabaabist/ISIS in Somalia Italiana i.e. GM/PL majority not squeezing minorities in Bacaadweyne/Qandala into becoming terrorists. Clan federalism is contributing to terrorism in Somalia Italiana

@Gadhwayne there needs to be a grand consensus on deciding on what degree of decentralisation Somalia should embark on. Every inch of Somalia territory belongs to all Somalia citizens

We still need a strong FGS to push this country in one forward direction.

Federalism should be apart of that though
