I been to Addis and Dire. It's got a long way to go, it's by far better then somalia as it is now but it's not perfect either. I predict at least 6-9k gdp per capita for Somalia and that's if we don't dig mineral resources or oil and just use it as bases and rent out to many nations across all our ports like jabuti kkkk. It's our fault in Somalia for not toughening up on them. Simply make it disputed territory, say it's a political deadlock untill resolved, the federal govt doesnt want any country interfering economically in that region. Starve them out sxb. Darfur model is something we can look at. If we say untill a political resolution is reached we want our borders not to be interfered by any nation economically.
