Ofcourse and i recognise the value of qabiil as identity and community. By building strong force of law though you can do away with qabyaalad completely ma fahantay it doesnt always exist

For the record when i say qabyaalad i refer to when the cadal is taken into the hands of the various clans due to lack of organisation. I say its bad because in this day and age the tribalist mindset shared governance causes is detrimental to the development
