Facts you can’t have your cake and eat it either practice the full 2 region policy or leave it.

It even says in the GM Constitution that was overlooked by Interior Minister at the time Godah Barre that GM consists of Galgaduud and Mudug and that the borders are that of 1991.

The only reason I don’t get is that Abdi Wali Gaas was against Hiiraan region that was the founding regions of the somali republic being split to 2 legally by the President Sheikh Sharif decree but wishes for northern Mudug already split from Ex- 1960 Mudug (Galgaduud and Mudug) to remain under PL.

I need to ask him that question when I see him on clubhouse

There is no significant population in S mudug especially the eastern part.That’s why you see 30 shabaab guys just walk in villages.
